Back......& yeah it feels awesome.....

Hi everyone....well who m i kidding....kitne log pdhte h iss blog ko (:D) After a very long hiatus, i m back to my "blog". So, what was it which kept me away from writing for so many days?? & why now?? Well to be honest, i was always so very eager to write...but never got any time to do so because of the ongoing placement season. So, since July to Dec. 9th(for me as the process is still going on), I was so very busy to even write sumthing. Adding to it, the CAT hysteria...it has been one great roller coaster ride which has been so full on drama & thrill that it can give jitters to many light hearted. Well, cutting it short, I landed a job offer with Halliburton, which interestingly is amongst the biggest firms visiting the campus for placements. To be very honest, neither I nor any of my mates or any one in the college ever in the past 4 yrs. expected me getting into Halliburton among all the companies coming to the campus. So, how did someone, who always dreamt of getting into an analytics/consulting firm & had no knowledge of anything even remotely related to the core mfg. or mechanical engg. ended up getting into a top notch core firm. Believe me, I too have no explanation for the course of events, but the only explanation which I guess I can put up as I have for various other previous events of my life......IT WAS DESTINED TO HAPPEN.....a quick recap to my life....dropped a year in spite of being great at acads in school....why?? DESTINED TO HAPPEN.....was always interested in Computer engg., still ended up being a mfg. engineer...why??DESTINED TO HAPPEN.....many more things I never wanted to happen but still happened.....again...DESTINED TO HAPPEN.....Not that i m complaining, It's just that I learnt a very important lesson in life.....Never give urself sumthing or distance urself from anything just by thinking only.....it's way too bad not trying than failing after trying......well I guess it's too much of gyaan after a long outing....Just wanna tell it again that every moment of this new found vellapan since my placement has been golden.....& yes I promise to be more regular in writing now....
